The Associate Field Programme Officer function at the TFV Secretariat is a field based position, reporting to the Programme Manager, with a responsibility to support the development and oversight of TFV programmes under the reparations and assistance mandates in the situation country.

• A minimum of two years (four years with a first level university degree) of progressively responsible field-based work experience in assisting programme design and in guiding project implementation, monitoring and evaluation or similar, in domains relevant to the mandates of the Trust Fund for Victims.

Requirements
• A minimum of two years (four years with a first level university degree) of progressively responsible field-based work experience in assisting programme design and in guiding project implementation, monitoring and evaluation or similar, in domains relevant to the mandates of the Trust Fund for Victims.
• Management: Conduct operational oversight of projects within the TFV’s programmes under both the reparation and assistance mandates. Oversee the timely implementation of activities, adherence to beneficiary objectives, and coordinate geographic coverage of projects.
• Quality and performance monitoring: Monitor TFV implementing partners performance in accordance with their project proposal obligations and contracts, in line with the TFV’s Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP), including reporting on appropriate monitoring and evaluation activities and financial control and budget compliance.
• Database: Manage and maintain the accuracy of the victim beneficiary database. Oversee and ensure up to date and completeness of the case management records of victim beneficiaries.
• Procurement: Participate in the selection of implementing partners for the TFV reparation programme, by participating in the technical review committee of a transparent procurement procedure.
• Visibility: Inform situational stakeholders to create value and meaning within the reparation programme of the TFV within the Rome Statute framework as well as within the situational context.
